I went to Jokers by myself tonight - alone - on ladies' night. It was just as freaky (if not moreso) than Xtreme was on Friday night. I went there just because Carrie wanted me to go on ladies' night, but apparently she must have decided that it was too late to go out afterall. I went in, had my one beer, and got the hell out. I stopped down by Betsy for one last drink before heading home. I ended up being the only one in there, and she closed up right after I left. I didn't take any photos tonight because whipping out my camera when I'm alone in a rowdy, packed dive like that always gets me a little worried. Well, that's not totally true - I did get my photos of the bathroom for the "places to go in Appleton" posters. Tomorrow night it's off to Hank & Karen's Tavern over on John Street. Nighty night.
