It's starting. The tendinitis in my left knee is starting to flare up again thanks to repetitive motions at my job. Throughout the day - and especially on days that I work the ramp - I do a lot of turning and lifting. We're told not to lift and twist with our backs, so I've taken to lifting with my legs and then pivoting on my leg. Being right handed, this means that most of my pivoting is done on my left leg, and if I don't pivot on the balls of my feet, then I end up planting my foot and pivoting at the knee. This would, of course, explain why my knee has been in so much pain lately. Not good.
