No, I didn't see him tonight, but I finally had him humanized for me. Sitting at Jekyll's tonight, Betsy asked us if we'd had any more chance encounters with the guy over the weekend. After describing him again for her, she recognized who he is and told us all about him and his past. Apparently he wasn't given the nickname Wild Bill by the staff at Ravens, but rather has had this nickname for a while. Sometimes, she said, he also goes by Tequila Bill. This may sound funny, since he only drinks Diet Coke, but she said he used to drink alcohol a lot more. She told us more, but I won't go into it all here. He's still freaky and weird, but at least now he has some basis in reality.
