I spent more time on Tuesday working on planning out the Tavern Tour. I first worked my way through the phone book matching up the licensees with the establishments, so now I have an actual list of all the places to go, and creating a spreadsheet with all the info. Then, I went and bought a map to plot out all the locations. After plotting out all the places on the map, I split the city up into smaller areas which I could use to categorize the locations. While working on plotting out all the locations while sipping a beer at Jekyll's, I caught the attention of others who were curious about what I was doing. I've now found more people to accompany me to several of the bars! Yay! So, those people (the ones who accompany me several times) will be featured on the website when I get it up with photos and a short bio. I also had several people mention the idea to me last night of turning the whole experience into a book when I'm finished. I don't know if I want to make too many commitments at this time, but I definitely like the idea.
