In completely unrelated news, I always have time for a good laugh when officials decide to shut down a rave. Here in Appleton Telulah Park has been shut down all day this coming Saturday in an attempt to prevent a party which the police believe was to be a rave. Apparently police in Sheboygan went "undercover" at a party last week and found flyers for the supposed rave in Appleton. Of course, either the flyers were for a party that was nothing more than a red herring or the organizers have to be the stupidest I've ever encountered. I'd love to confirm or deny the truth, but it seems that all of the sites with rave info are drying up and disappearing. Surely most of them are casualties of the national war on rave culture, but there has to be some sort of local-ish site left that will give me what I'm looking for. Uff-da.
